The NRA Yearly Declaration (NRUA) is a mandatory annual requirement necessary to maintain the validity of your Rental Registration Number (NRA). Failure to submit this declaration may result in the loss of validity of your NRA code. This obligation applies to all individuals and legal entities renting out a property with an NRA code granted by the Registry.

If you wish to use our services for the submission of the NRUA, please complete the questionnaire below. The service fee is 100 EUR + IVA per property. Upon receipt of your completed form, we will issue a quote (or invoice) accordingly.

Kindly note that we are able to submit the declaration until March 2nd. We therefore ask you to provide the requested information — including details of all stays in your property during 2025 — as soon as possible.
